More specifically, we have provided group home services since 1974, semi-independent living assistance (apartment, etc.) since 1976; and support in jobs and recreation settings since 1983. OnTrack, Inc.  (541-772-1777) OnTrack is a community based, non-profit organization offering alcohol and drug education, prevention, and treatment services.  The agency offers many youth services, including outpatient programs, an adolescent residential facility, family therapy, individual counseling and comprehensive school-based programming.  We also provide residential and outpatient treatment to adults and whole families.  All of our services are provided on a sliding fee scale, and no one is turned away for inability to pay.  Services are available in Ashland, Medford, White City and Grants Pass.
