HelpLine workers are able to speak to callers of many languages other than English.
HelpLine at 779-HELP (4357) is a free Jackson County crisis, information and referral hotline that helps people in need find local services and generate ideas for solving problems, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. HelpLine volunteers answer nearly 12,000 calls annually which vary from simple requests for information to desperate pleas for help.
